Years after he left his family domaine in 2017, Laurent Ponsot launched his eponymous winery together with his son, Clement.
Laurent has been thoroughly working on this renaissance which was finally unveiled as Laurent Ponsot, named not out of his vanity but as an assumption of responsibility for what is in the bottle. Together with this new leap, he will remain faithful to nature as well as his endeavours with the high technology as he will still continue to cultivate without chemicals, use of intelligent cases to control temperature, NFC chips, the use of the hi-tech synthetic cork and many others that he plans to achieve little by little in time.
Always inspired by nature, Laurent has decked all his wines with a nickname derived from flowers and trees. It includes Cuvee Perce Neige (Snowdrop), Cuvée des Peupliers (Poplar), Cuvée de l’Aulne (Alder), Cuvée du Tilleul (Lime Tree) and many more.
