Inspired by a passion for tradition, born as a tribute to a queen, crafted with a desire for perfection. The story of Royal Salute is unlike any other whisky.
Born in Speyside in 1953, Royal Salute began life as a tribute to a young queen on her coronation. There’s history and heritage in every dram.
To this day, Royal Salute has marked each significant event in the lives of the British Monarchy and is unique in having only ever used whiskies aged at least 21 years in its blends. It is this unique commitment to quality and tradition that has given rise to the informal motto,
“We Begin Where Others End”
Master Class presented by Anna Mitchel
Anna Mitchell is the Scotch Whisky Brand Ambassador for Pernod Ricard Singapore. With 7 years’ experience in the Scotch Whisky industry, Anna brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for both Single Malt and Blended Scotch. Anna has moved to Singapore from her hometown in Speyside, Scotland, where she worked at some of the worlds most renowned whisky distilleries including The Glenlivet, Aberlour and Strathisla.
Anna is representing Chivas Regal, Royal Salute, Ballantine’s, The Glenlivet and Aberlour while in Singapore and has been fortunate to work alongside the makers of these whiskies back in Scotland giving her a great understanding and appreciation for how these luxurious whiskies are carefully created.
